Robotics Engineer

You will design and integrate robotic motion, manipulation, and sensing systems, and work with the controls team to close the loop on real hardware. You will work directly with the founding team on a novel machine.

• You design robotic and motion systems from first principles.
• You take end-to-end ownership, from design through integration and test on real hardware.
• You work well under real constraints: tight budgets, hard deadlines, and novel physics at once.
• You communicate clearly across disciplines.

• Design and integrate robotic motion and manipulation systems.
• Develop kinematics, motion planning, and trajectory generation.
• Integrate actuators and sensors, and support perception and feedback.
• Work with the controls team on closed-loop behavior.
• Test and iterate on real hardware.
• Own robotics documentation.
• Contribute to IP development with the founding team.

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of robotics or motion-systems experience.
• Strong foundation in kinematics and motion planning.
• ROS or an equivalent robotics framework.
• Sensor integration and real-time or embedded experience.
• Hands-on hardware experience.

• Manipulation and precision motion.
• Perception or computer vision.
• Controls background.
• Learning-based control or physical AI process control (in development).
• Interest in advanced manufacturing processes.
