Expect ~70% field work installations, PM visits, service calls, and on-site troubleshooting with ~30% in-house at HQ for training and engineering collaboration.
You will diagnose hardware, software, and assay issues, maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to engineering with field data, ECOs, and service documentation.
