Ready to be a key strategic partner in a multi-million dollar, PE-backed healthcare services leader that's rapidly scaling? Join our client’s high-performing finance team in Woburn, MA, as a Senior FP&A Analyst / Finance Manager in a hybrid role (4 days/week onsite, 1 remote). Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the VP of FP&A, you’ll drive budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis, and M&A support across multiple business units and states.
Salary
: $125,000–$150,000 (DOE) + bonus and comprehensive benefits.

- Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning across multi-entity operations.
- Build and maintain financial models for scenario analysis, variance reporting, and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze performance across business units, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting to drive accountability and transparency.
- Partner with operations, sales, and supply chain teams on cost analysis and productivity.
- Support financial due diligence, acquisition modeling, and post-acquisition integration.
- Improve forecasting accuracy and streamline reporting processes across systems.
- Collaborate with finance and IT to enhance ERP and BI tools for scalability.
- Experience:
5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance; private equity-backed or high-growth environment strongly preferred. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus. - Technical
Skills:
Advanced Excel modeling required;
Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools a plus; ERP experience preferred. - Knowledge:
Strong understanding of multi-entity/state operations, forecasting, and KPI development. - Skills:
Exceptional analytical, communication, and business partnering abilities. - Mindset:
Change agent with curiosity, initiative, and a drive for process transformation. - Location:
Local to the Boston area for hybrid work (4 days/week onsite).
