Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting
Responsibilities
- Cost Analysis:
Review and process standard cost updates on a weekly and monthly basis - Budget Management:
Monitor and analyze monthly budget vs. actual performance; provide financial insights and recommendations - Financial Reporting:
Prepare and maintain reports for inventory trends, variance analysis, headcount, fixed assets, sales margins, and allocations - Journal Entries:
Execute intercompany transactions, accruals, reclassifications, and other general ledger entries - Reconciliations:
Perform reconciliations for accruals, revenue, capital expenditures, accounts payable, and bank accounts - Ad Hoc Analysis:
Support leadership with custom reporting and financial analysis as needed
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion and One Stream
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
- Excellent communication skills to convey financial information clearly and concisely
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
