Exchange Coordinator

Position: 1031 Exchange Coordinator
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The 1031 Exchange Coordinator will be responsible for tracking and maintaining exchange files and coordinating all real estate closings

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Document Preparation:Partner with customers and title closers to draft exchange paperwork
• Closing Compliance:Review settlement statements and purchase contracts for tax-rule alignment
• Timeline Tracking:Monitor strict statutory deadlines for 1031 exchange completion.
• Client Advisory:Guide customers on complex exchange taxation rules under management supervision.
• Financial Control:Track and account for all incoming transactional exchange fees.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Real Estate Knowledge:Experience with transactions and closing processes is highly valued

The annual salary range for the 1031 Exchange Coordinator is $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
