Level II Precision Sensors Cost & Controls Analyst *HYBRID

Location: US-MA-WOBURN-WB2 ~ 225 Presidential Way ~ GODDARD BLDG

Position: Senior Program Cost, Schedule & Controls Analyst

Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.

Role Type: Hybrid (regular onsite and offsite work, ratio at leader’s discretion).

• Provide comprehensive monthly cost and schedule analysis.
• Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews and other reporting activities.
• Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, and maintenance using standard company tools.
• Review financial reports and presentations for accuracy and completeness.
• Support preparation and submission of financial cost reporting internally and externally.
• Develop and support quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE).
• Establish and maintain the overall baseline in compliance with program instruction, internal EVM policy and DoD 10255.
• Support the monthly forecast/close process.
• Support the development of annual operating plans (AOP) and five‑year strategic operating plan.
• Work under deadlines, multitask across multiple tasks, and collaborate with all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree (or Advanced Degree) and minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.

• Experience with SAP EVMS software, SAP Business Warehouse or equivalent.
• Continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under general direction and set objectives.
• Skills in identifying issues and implementing corrective action plans.
• Experience interfacing with various levels of management and customers, including formal presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines.
• Proactive problem‑solving skills.
