An early-stage robotics startup based in Woburn, MA is seeking a Head of Finance to support their mission of modernizing the automotive industry through advanced AI-powered systems. The position is full-time, requiring onsite presence five days per week.

** Required Skills & Experience*
* + Experience as a #2 under a CFO or as head of finance/controller at a small company

+ Automotive or manufacturing industry background

+ Hands-on experience with SaaS or hardware product financial operations

+ Track record supporting funding rounds, acquisitions, or IPOs

+ Strong analytical and organizational skills

+ Ability to implement scalable financial systems and processes
