Work Location= Hybrid 3 days/week in office (Woburn, MA)

Permanent Salary & Bonus potential
- $65,000-$75,000/year (stretch a possibility)
- Bonus: an uncapped bonus of personal performance from direct hire placement fees;
For example within the first 9-12 months $15-20K+ and year 2 $ 25-50K+
- Effectively source, recruit, pipeline, interview, and select candidates within F&A (50% of the day)
- Identify client prospects in need of Randstad’s Finance & Accounting workforce services & solutions (50% of the day)
- Effectively sell our F&A direct hire solutions (Accountants, Controllers, A/P, A/R, Financial Analysts, etc)
- Main POC- build strong relationships with hiring managers & create partnerships with key decision makers
- Execute the activities that will gain results (lots of calls, virtual and on-site client meetings)
- Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client’s potential
- Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
- Offer innovative and creative employment solutions
- Manage the hiring and placement process
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (highly preferred but not required)
- Minimum 3+ years of proven Finance or Accounting industry experience (sales experience would be a huge asset on top) OR Minimum 2+ years of Finance & Accounting staffing industry experience
- Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past
- Technically competency and the ability to connect with others
- Track record of delivering results in a sales metrics-driven environment
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, self driven and the desire to do an exceptional job
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
