Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of financial analysts by providing support, mentorship and training
- Manage earned value and analyze program performance for compliance with internal EVM policy and 10255
- Develop Estimates at Completion (EACs) quarterly
- Interface with the Program Management Office and Integrated Product Leadership Team
- Ensure compliance with financial policies
- Support product group-level inputs and updates to Monthly Forecasts, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long Range Plan (LRP) objectives
- Meet critical deadlines while managing multiple conflicting priorities
- Analyze data quickly to inform business decisions
- Prepare finance charts for Program Business Reviews, financial overviews, and other reporting activities
- Participate in key leadership strategy reviews
- Support proposal development, submittal, negotiations, and program start-up activities
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience
- Experience using SAP and/or APEX and/or similar financial system
- Experience with MS Office tools
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and/or other Government Procurement regulations as they pertain to Bid/Cost proposals (preferred)
- Knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area (preferred)
- Knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization (preferred)
Demonstrates expertise in financial analysis, program performance management, and compliance with financial policies, while effectively leading and mentoring a team of analysts. Proficient in utilizing financial systems and tools to support strategic decision-making and reporting activities.
