Product, Strategy Intern

• Aid in performing valuations for a variety of opportunities through established financial models
• Perform lookbacks on the financial performance of various business segments
• Support data requests from the business to aid in the decision-making process
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor financial and operational results
• Develop an understanding of the industry, business model, and customers/competitors
• Create presentation materials for stakeholders to drive informed decisions
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Interest in the wireless tower industry, real estate, or finance
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to manage tasks in a high-volume environment
• Ability to participate in professional meetings with employees at multiple levels
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently within Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and basic Excel functions
• Salesforce and Oracle skills are a bonus

Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities in financial modeling and reporting, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Possesses effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and a solid understanding of the wireless tower industry and finance.
