Salary: $21-23/hour

Schedule: Part‑time opportunity with required Sunday availability

Daily Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with planning, scheduling, and coordinating all resident activities including special events following the Life Enrichment programs (Lifestyles and Health Services, Embrace the World, Ambassador, and Heartfelt Connections Memory Care Program) monthly.
  • Promote a healthy community culture for all residents and employees.
  • Drive a 13‑passenger bus for resident activities and appointments.
  • Provide individual and group educational opportunities for residents and staff in disease prevention and management within the Lifestyle and Health Services Wellness Program.
  • Lead daily resident activities per our Community standards.
  • Assist with preparing and distributing monthly calendars according to Community standards.
  • Plan and execute diverse and engaging programs to meet the needs of a diverse resident population, including newly retired seniors, seniors requiring physical assistance, and seniors in varying stages of memory loss.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Six (6) months of experience working with seniors in activities/life enrichment preferred.
