Akkodis is seeking an University-Campus Recruiter
for a contract role with a client located in Woburn, MA (100% Onsite)
Pay Range: $40-45/HR on w2 the pay rate may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Candidate must have bachelor’s degree.
The University Relations Recruiter will:
- Promote the company as an employer of choice at targeted local and regional universities.
- Lead full cycle recruiting for designated hiring needs within assigned business units.
- Source, engage, and develop pipelines of student candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Coordinate phone screenings and virtual interviews.
- Participate in campus events, career fairs, and virtual tech talks at priority schools.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and guide them through selection and hiring.
- Collaborate with HR Global Services on post offer activities through onboarding.
- Support additional recruiting initiatives and projects as needed.
Required Experience & Skills
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, including familiarity with internship and co-op hiring programs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
- Experience working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of campus recruiting experience, preferably hiring engineering students (ideally electrical engineering).
- Exposure to technology, semiconductor, or electrical hardware industries.
- Experience recruiting graduate level students (MBA, MS, PhD).
