Summary of job description

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for executing and improving important daily processes of the Human Resources (HR) Department, including maintaining accurate data in ADP, administering onboarding and offboarding activities, coordinating payroll and responding to employee questions. The HR Operations Specialist is a resource to employees and managers and a liaison with internal partners, including Finance and IT. This position is a hybrid role, requiring at least 2 days each week in our Woburn corporate headquarters.

The position may require occasional travel to our Framingham facility as well.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including but not limited to data maintenance, creating and running reports, employment verifications, scheduling assistance, issuing facility access, and coordinating employee gifts/recognition.
  • Perform all HR-related payroll duties for both exempt and non-exempt payrolls.
  • Onboard new hires, including coordination of new hire orientation, I-9 management, collaboration with internal partners, and communication with new hires both before and after their start date.
  • Facilitate employee offboarding as needed.
  • Oversee all consultant and contractor record keeping, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract extensions.
  • Maintain and administer data in our HRIS.
  • Maintain electronic employee files and audit as needed.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for all employee questions, including monitoring the general HR email box. Provide support and guidance to employees and direct them to the appropriate point of contact as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Partner with the HR Business Partner on administration of our Learning Management System (LMS) and Performance Management tool to ensure data integrity, user management, and to assist with reporting as needed.
  • Perform other HR related duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business, or a related field required; PHR or SHRM certification a plus.
Experience and Skill Requirements
  • 3+ years of Human Resource Operations experience required; biotech/pharma experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Experience with HR-related payroll activities.
  • Ability to create and follow a process flawlessly.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively and with a strong customer service orientation to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Salary Range

Replimune is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices, and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive.
