Account Specialist, Leasing Operations (Contract)
Join American Tower’s Leasing Operations team, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of telecom leasing projects
. This team is responsible for managing customer applications, ensuring data integrity, and driving operational efficiency across leasing processes tied to major telecom clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who thrives in a process-driven, detail-oriented environment and wants exposure to telecom, real estate, and project coordination. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure smooth project execution—from application intake through closeout—while directly contributing to revenue-generating activities.
- Schedule:
Hybrid (In-office Tuesday–Thursday) - Location:
Woburn, MA
- Provide leasing and real estate operations support
, including purchase order requests, document review, and contract data entry - Support account-specific deliverables for key customers (including AT&T), ensuring completion of milestones, lease documentation, and system updates (LMT)
- Review and validate installation documents
, resolving discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders - Partner with Associate Project Managers to create, manage, and close out maintenance projects
- Coordinate and upload lease packages, project documentation, and customer deliverables into internal and external systems
- Track and input project-related data including fees, coding, and jurisdictional requirements into project tracking systems
- Ensure adherence to standardized processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and data quality
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to support timely project execution and customer satisfaction

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1–2 years of professional or internship experience (office environment preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process adherence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in telecommunications, real estate, or leasing operations
- Familiarity with project coordination or project management environments
- Experience reviewing or interpreting contracts, leases, or legal documents
- Exposure to systems such as LMT, project tracking tools, or similar platforms
- Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency
- Supporting leasing operations tied to telecom infrastructure projects
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of customer deliverables and documentation
- Partnering across teams to resolve issues and keep projects moving forward
- Contributing to data integrity, process consistency, and revenue-generating activities
