Position Summary:
The Digital & IT Senior Analyst will play a critical role in piloting our business transformation journey by optimizing processes and migrating from legacy systems to enterprise digital solutions such as MES, LIMS, MAM, and QMS. The analyst will have hands‑on experience with software development, systems/data analysis, solution design, and project management, and will be responsible for understanding business needs, designing solutions, configuring and implementing digital, IT, and data initiatives, and supporting production solutions through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Develop a deep understanding of manufacturing site processes and apply this knowledge to design digital and data solutions that enhance those processes.
- Collaborate with representatives across division sites to analyze opportunities and implement solutions that increase business value.
- Use technical expertise to evaluate vendors/software, perform feasibility checks, and propose solutions aligned with division, group, and enterprise IT strategy.
- Design and implement digital and IT solutions that meet business needs, ensuring scalability, security, and performance while managing project constraints and communicating with stakeholders.
- Design and implement data integration processes to ingest, clean, and transform data from various sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Manage and support project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver solutions on schedule and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to solution design, implementation, and operation.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration and buy‑in.
- Participate in project reviews, facilitate meetings with business partners, and provide updates to leadership on project status.
- Collaborate and coordinate with vendors, division IT, group IT, COE, and other corporate IT teams to design, configure, and implement solutions.
- Develop an ongoing solution maintenance plan and establish/maintain the solution’s DR and BCP.
- Perform data analysis and root‑cause analysis for production issues and coordinate with the development team for resolution, corrective, and preventive actions.
- Apply continuous improvement techniques and tools (Gemba walk, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma) to internal processes and systems to increase efficiency, improve customer service, and reduce costs.
- Lead organizational change, persistently moving through ambiguity, dilemmas, and resistance to complete changes in an organized way while maintaining focus on goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
- 4 to 6+ years of experience in Information Technology.
- Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, learning agility, adaptability, effective time management, and active participation in multiple team projects.
- Export compliance eligibility requirements must be met.
- Experience analyzing, designing, and implementing manufacturing IT solutions (MES, LIMS, SCADA, IoT, Data Historian).
- Knowledge of data architecture and IT/OT integration patterns, hands‑on experience with SQL, data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills focused on process optimization and digital transformation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong experience creating technical design documents and diagrams (minimum 3 years).
- Proficiency in software engineering principles and practices.
- Hands‑on experience with API integration and automation tools (minimum 3 years).
- Knowledge of network and IT infrastructure.
- Practical experience in project management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- SAP S4/HANA experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with machine learning and AI applications in manufacturing.
