• 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related fields
• Expert‑level SQL skills including complex queries, CTEs, window functions, data modeling, schema design, and query optimization
• Experience building and maintaining large‑scale analytics and reporting solutions
• Strong experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Superset, or similar platforms
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
• Experience working with modern data ecosystems, data lakes, containers, and serverless technologies
• Strong understanding of analytics engineering principles and self‑service analytics platforms
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non‑technical audiences
• Proven ability to influence product and operational decisions through data‑driven insights

• Experience working with robotics, autonomous systems, or industrial automation data
• Familiarity with SLAM, sensor fusion, computer vision, or 3D perception systems
• Experience with data lake architectures
• Experience with real‑time systems, online learning, or closed‑loop feedback systems

• Daily Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary analytics partner for product, operations, and leadership teams
  • Analyze robotics telemetry, sensor data, and computer vision outputs to identify trends and opportunities
  • Define and monitor KPIs across product performance, model quality, operational efficiency, and data health
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that provide real‑time business visibility
  • Build and manage analytical data models, transformations, and reporting pipelines
  • Develop self‑service analytics infrastructure, semantic layers, and metrics frameworks
  • Establish standards for metric definitions, reporting governance, and analytics best practices
  • Implement data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, lineage tracking, and observability solutions
  • Partner with engineering teams to improve data reliability, performance, and governance
  • Educate stakeholders on statistical rigor, data interpretation, and data‑driven decision making
