Required Skills & Experience- 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related fields
- Expert‑level SQL skills including complex queries, CTEs, window functions, data modeling, schema design, and query optimization
- Experience building and maintaining large‑scale analytics and reporting solutions
- Strong experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Superset, or similar platforms
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
- Experience working with modern data ecosystems, data lakes, containers, and serverless technologies
- Strong understanding of analytics engineering principles and self‑service analytics platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non‑technical audiences
- Proven ability to influence product and operational decisions through data‑driven insights
- Experience working with robotics, autonomous systems, or industrial automation data
- Familiarity with SLAM, sensor fusion, computer vision, or 3D perception systems
- Experience with data lake architectures
- Experience with real‑time systems, online learning, or closed‑loop feedback systems
- Experience mentoring analysts, data scientists, or data engineers

- Daily Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary analytics partner for product, operations, and leadership teams
- Analyze robotics telemetry, sensor data, and computer vision outputs to identify trends and opportunities
- Define and monitor KPIs across product performance, model quality, operational efficiency, and data health
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that provide real‑time business visibility
- Build and manage analytical data models, transformations, and reporting pipelines
- Develop self‑service analytics infrastructure, semantic layers, and metrics frameworks
- Establish standards for metric definitions, reporting governance, and analytics best practices
- Implement data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, lineage tracking, and observability solutions
- Partner with engineering teams to improve data reliability, performance, and governance
- Educate stakeholders on statistical rigor, data interpretation, and data‑driven decision making
- Help shape the long‑term strategy for leveraging data and AI across robotics and automation initiatives
