PositionSenior Windows System Administrator – LADS Program & Infrastructure, Raytheon Digital Technology.
Security ClearanceActive U.S. government issued Secret clearance required before start date. U.S. citizenship required.
What You Will Do- Provide IT systems administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environment.
- Work as a team member in a fast‑paced technology environment using troubleshooting techniques to resolve moderate to high scope technical problems, including hardware and OS integration.
- Install and configure software applications requested by end users.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements.
- Document and provide training on advanced IT processes and procedures.
- Obtain DoDD 8140 / 8570 Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE) within 6 months of start date.
- Ensure 24x7 operational readiness and be available for work beyond standard hours when required.
- Travel up to 10% of time to other U.S. domestic locations as business needs dictate.
- University degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience administering and supporting Windows 11 and Windows Server operating systems, including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and server replication.
- Active and transferable Secret security clearance prior to start date (U.S. citizenship required).
- Technical SME or primary point of contact for patching, vulnerability remediation, or compliance initiatives.
- Experience with Linux (RHEL 7–10).
- Experience with VMware virtualization technologies (ESXi, vCenter, VM lifecycle management, host upgrades).
- Experience with system hardening, STIG/EVAL STIG implementation, vulnerability remediation, and compliance.
- Power Shell scripting proficiency.
- Hands‑on experience with MECM/SCCM, PXE boot services, OS imaging, and automated software deployment frameworks.
- Enterprise Windows services experience (AD, Group Policy, identity integration).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance tooling (ACAS, SCAP, Splunk, STIG Viewer, audit support).
- Prior experience supporting DoD or highly regulated environments.

- Salary range 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD (good‑faith estimate).
