Special Access Programs (SAP) - Senior Information System Security Officer II
Location: US-MA-WOBURN-WB1, 235 Presidential Way, Spencer Bldg. 100% onsite in Woburn, Massachusetts.

Security Clearance: Top Secret – Current (Active and existing on day
1)
- Complete SAP and Raytheon GSS required training within 6 months of appointment (annual thereafter).
- Accountability for all systems under site CAGE and SBU: metrics, Raytheon business process (RCAST), and continuous monitoring (Con Mon).
- Maintain a working knowledge of all SAP functions, security policies, technical safeguards, and operational measures.
- Interact with SAP SCA/ISSP to track items such as upcoming authorizations (ATO), new technology solutions, policy interpretations, and onsite A&A.
- Develop, maintain, and update applicable site POAM(s) in coordination with stakeholders to identify weaknesses, mitigation actions, resources, and timelines.
- Coordinate SAP inspection preparation activities for assigned sites with the site CPSO/Program Security Manager.
Important note: Within six months of hire date, obtain and maintain a security professional certification commensurate with IAM Level III (Security+ or equivalent) if not already possessed.
Qualifications You Must Have- Bachelor’s degree with eight years of relevant experience or advanced degree with five years.
- Experience supporting cybersecurity compliance per DCSA, JSIG, and NISPOM regulations.
- Past direct leadership or project/program management experience.
- Relevant experience in IT, cybersecurity, physical security, police/criminal justice, investigations, or border patrol.
- Compliance-based auditing using RMF or non‑defense regulations such as FAA, PCI, ISO 9001, or HIPAA.
- Experience working with computer technologies (databases, operating systems, network hardware, software, troubleshooting, electronics).
- Project, program, or office management, senior administration, or account management experience.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with information system security tools for vulnerability analysis and mitigation (e.g., Splunk, Forcepoint, Ivanti, Tenable, ACAS, HBSS).
- Experience overseeing assessment and authorization processes (Certification & Accreditation) per JSIG/RMF.
- Experience managing IS incident response and administrative investigations in collaboration with the Investigations department.
- Experience executing continuous monitoring/improvement programs, including self‑inspections, security control assessments, training, log management, and automated inventory utilities.
- Technical security expertise for complex, cross‑domain, heterogeneous classified networked environments with internal and external customers, IT, and Raytheon business units.
- Experience developing Basis of Estimates (BOE’s) and negotiating contracts.
- Experience with NISPOM, JAFAN 6/3, DCID 6/3, JSIG/RMF, ICD‑503 or equivalent requirements for system auditing.
- Professional engagement with internal and external customers (AOs, DAOs, SCAs, Program Managers) to negotiate controls and requirements with government contracting activities.
Salary range: $107,500 – $204,500 USD (good‑faith estimate).
