Compucom Staffing is seeking a Level 2 Support Technician to join our client onsite in Woburn, MA for a long-term contract. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows 10/11 and ticketing systems (Service Now preferred), plus strong communication skills.
Responsibilities include deskside support for hardware/software, device deployment, network collaboration with the IT team, and adherence to security SOPs. OT may be required; lifting up to 25 lbs solo and 50 lbs with a partner.
