Socket.dev is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist in Woburn, MA to manage desktop support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and incident resolution for end users across a busy IT environment.
You will work with servers, networks, storage and security teams, maintain asset inventory, and provide hands-on support for Windows workstations, Apple devices, and common office applications. Flexibility for 24/7 support may be required.
