Business​/Data Analyst

• Partner with engineers and researchers to analyze workflows, data requirements, and system interactions.
• Translate user needs into functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and QA, to design, test, and deploy software solutions.
• Evaluate and configure PLM platforms, data models, and integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Perform system troubleshooting, validation, and defect analysis.

• Active Secret security clearance (an interim clearance is acceptable to start).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting PLM, product data management, or configuration management platforms.
• 7+ years of experience in systems analysis, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and software documentation.
• Strong understanding of Agile/SDLC methodologies and automated build/test environments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and PLM tools (such as Windchill, Teamcenter, or Aras).
• Proficiency with MS Office, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word templates/macros.

• Experience with Aras Innovator.
• Knowledge of Digital Engineering, MBSE, or systems engineering.
• Experience with SQL database queries, APIs, REST, XML, or JSON.
