Job Overview

The Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) department within Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) is seeking a Principal Logistics Specialist (Sustainment Services) to support programs onsite in Woburn, MA. U.S. citizenship and a DoD Secret clearance are required.

• Support the Integrated Product Team Lead in directing asset repair and return activities and provide logistical oversight of cross‑functional areas.
• Track assets as they proceed through the repair process.
• Prepare correspondence and reports for internal and external collaboration and approval.
• Evaluate expenditures and schedules for repairs.
• Partner in developing long‑term repair and return strategies aligned with technical requirements and customer needs.
• Assess the repair and return process and trends.
• Recommend improvements to increase process efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
• Track, manage and report status and budget, and participate in estimates at completion.
• Provide data for monthly contract deliverables, participate in program reviews and other customer meetings.
• Participate in proposals and develop basis of estimates.
• Contribute to risk and opportunity management.
• Mentor and develop team members.

• University degree in a related field or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years).
• Experience with logistics support, depot repair facilities, or related manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of logistics principles.
• Understanding of government acquisition processes, DoD statutes, and DoD/DFAR regulations.
• Experience developing and routing DD250 and DD1149 forms.
• Program planning, budgeting, and tracking (EVMS) for cost and schedule.
• Proficiency in gathering, distilling, and analyzing data to identify trends; intermediate skills with MS Office, especially Excel.

• Detail oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in a team environment with self‑initiative.
• Radar system product knowledge and/or experience with PRISM, MSALT, or similar SAP and Citrix systems.

Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD. U.S. citizenship required. Secret DoD clearance required and must be maintained after day one.
