• Dispose of all food, waste, and trash in accordance with established Health Department regulations
• Clean kitchen equipment, tables, disposals, dishwasher, sinks and counters
• Mop kitchen floor and take out trash

• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
• Must be able to interact effectively with residents and staff
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
