Raytheon Product Support team is hiring a Program Manager to lead and manage IoT initiatives within the ASDS portfolio. The role is onsite in Woburn, MA and requires an active U.S. government‑issued security clearance (Secret). The Program Manager will interface directly with ASDS customers and internal support organizations.
Responsibilities- Own full accountability for assigned programs, campaigns, and proposals.
- Set program strategy and tactical direction for multifunctional teams.
- Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned programs.
- Lead proposal development from concept through contract award and program completion.
- Capture new business from existing and new customers.
- Coordinate, generate, and cost proposals.
- Serve as the primary contact with customers and interface regularly with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Develop and drive CONOPs, requirements, staffing plans, and procurement activities.
- University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Experience leading multifunctional teams through proposal development, contract award, and program completion.
- Familiarity with Cost‑Plus, Fixed‑Price, and Time‑and‑Material contract types and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with Earned Value Management, Risk Management, and related program management tools.
- Experience in scheduling, coordinating, and leading interactions with external customers while driving CONOPs, requirements, staffing plans, and procurement activities.
- PMX Certification Level7 required;
Level6 must be achieved within 6 months.
- Demonstrated leadership in sustainment efforts.
- Ability to develop innovative solutions for program and technical requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Earned Value Management System.
- Experience operating in a CMMI Level3 or higher organization.
- Experience with repair services, complex system refurbishment, and OCONUS deployment.
- Familiarity with RLPM structure.
- PMX Certification Level7 required;
Level6 within 6 months.
