Care Remedy Inc is looking for a dedicated and passionate DDS Program Manager to join their team in Worthington, MA. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Developmental Disability Services (DDS) programs to ensure quality care and compliance
• Supervise, mentor, and support direct support professionals and program staff
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized support plans (ISPs) for program participants
• Ensure adherence to DDS regulations, state licensing requirements, and agency policies
• Coordinate with families, guardians, and external service providers to promote participant well‑being
• Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development
• Maintain accurate documentation, incident reports, and program records

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience working within DDS, developmental disabilities, or human services programs
• Knowledge of Massachusetts DDS regulations and compliance standards
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience supervising staff and managing program operations
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and individualized support planning
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
