Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager who is a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving program objectives in a matrix environment and able to successfully interface with functional and program leadership. This position will support upcoming GBRD program as the MPM Lead.

• Develop and execute Material Program Plans, Subcontract Management Plans, and other strategic planning tools
• Develop and execute Risk & Opportunity plans to meet program commitments and proactively manage mitigation plans
• Support financial management reviews using Earned Value Management through the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process
• Balance strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create a common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Collaborate with Supply Chain functions for support, as needed
• Monitor performance metrics and proactively act to address program and functional issues
• Provide comprehensive Supply Chain support for gate reviews
• Oversee subcontractor execution performance

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience; or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years experience
• Experience in supplier management, project management, and/or program management
• Experience using manufacturing or enterprise planning tools, such as MRP systems (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP, PRISM)

• Experience applying Earned Value Management principles or integrating project cost, schedule, risk and progress
• Prior experience in the defense industry, particularly in supply chain functions
• Experience driving proposal performance

Salary Range: 132,400 USD – 251,600 USD
