Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager who is a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving program objectives in a matrix environment and able to successfully interface with functional and program leadership. This position will support upcoming GBRD program as the MPM Lead.
What You Will Do- Develop and execute Material Program Plans, Subcontract Management Plans, and other strategic planning tools
- Develop and execute Risk & Opportunity plans to meet program commitments and proactively manage mitigation plans
- Support financial management reviews using Earned Value Management through the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process
- Balance strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create a common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Collaborate with Supply Chain functions for support, as needed
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively act to address program and functional issues
- Provide comprehensive Supply Chain support for gate reviews
- Oversee subcontractor execution performance
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience; or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years experience
- Experience in supplier management, project management, and/or program management
- Experience using manufacturing or enterprise planning tools, such as MRP systems (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP, PRISM)
- Experience applying Earned Value Management principles or integrating project cost, schedule, risk and progress
- Prior experience in the defense industry, particularly in supply chain functions
- Experience driving proposal performance
Salary Range: 132,400 USD – 251,600 USD

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.
-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
