Regional Director of Field Medical overseeing the MSL team to support Replimune's clinical and business objectives in cancer immunotherapy.
Responsibilities- recruit, train, manage, and mentor MSLs
- develop and execute regional strategies
- ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- monitor and report regional performance
- collaborate cross-functionally on tactical planning
- analyze regional market and competitive landscape
- maintain scientific expertise in relevant therapeutic areas
- manage budgets and resource allocation
- foster relationships with thought leaders
- ensure data accuracy and documentation
- serve as mentor for team development
- communicate regional activities to senior leadership.
- advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) preferred
- 8+ years industry experience with at least 2 years in MSL leadership or equivalent
- strong leadership and team management skills
- understanding of drug development and immuno-oncology
- ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders
- willingness to travel.
focus on oncolytic immunotherapies, cancer treatment, field-based medical science support, cross-functional collaboration, compliance with regulations, and strategic market positioning.
Work Setupregional travel required, office-based with field activities.
