Position Summary

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will work with chemicals, mix, dispense, and label batches according to specifications. The shift is 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Day‑to‑day tasks include weighing, mixing, dispensing, packaging, and labeling product.

Responsibilities
  • Read work orders and batch cards to determine production specifications.
  • Precision weigh up of powders, solvents, liquids, gums, rubbers, paint, and other conductive chemicals.
  • Sift, package, and label powders to bring workflow to completion for other departments.
  • Perform mixing operations per batch card requirements.
  • Dispense material into proper containers.
  • Print, label, and package required product and complete basic packaging.
  • Run extruder and compression molding machines to create quality control samples for batch testing.
  • Record production information using Day by Hour.
  • Perform quality checks as needed to maintain a clean and safe work area. Sustain Safety and 5S program.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • US Citizenship or Permanent US Resident Status required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of manufacturing experience or batch making required.
  • Knowledge of weights and ability to use a scale and perform math calculations.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced department and multitask.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand basic English required.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Conditions of Employment

This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule
  • Pay range: $20.50 /hr to $33.50 /hr
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
