LED Group, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Inventory Picking & Kitting Specialist to join our production team at our 64 Industrial Parkway facility. This is a key role in our growing manufacturing operation, ensuring that materials are efficiently delivered to the assembly line as well as accurately stocked, and neatly maintained. Your work directly supports our ability to deliver high-quality lighting products on time and with precision.

What You'll Do:

Inventory Picking & Kitting:

• Pick components from inventory according to work orders and BOMs.
• Prepare complete, accurate kits for production and assembly teams.
• Ensure all materials required for each job are present, correct, and delivered on time.
• Return unused materials to inventory and update records accordingly.

Inventory Accuracy & Organization:

• Maintain an organized, clean, and clearly labeled inventory area.
• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of shortages or inconsistencies.
• Support receiving activities, including verifying counts and storing materials properly.

Production Support:

• Work closely with assembly, materials planning, and quality teams.
• Follow direction from the Production Lead and Plant Manager.
• Assist in improving workflows, labeling, storage systems, and material handling.
• Uphold safety standards and contribute to a well-run production environment.

• Ability to follow instructions, standard operating procedures, and work orders.
• Experience with inventory, material handling, warehouse work, or kitting (preferred but not required).
• Comfortable using computers, scanners, or basic inventory systems.
• Reliable, positive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to stand, move, lift moderate weights, and handle repetitive tasks safely.
