Spear Bio Inc. is a fast-growing biotech startup in Woburn, MA. We seek an Instrumentation Systems Technician to support manufacturing, quality, sustaining, and field service for our new instrument platform.
You will work across hardware assembly, system verification, preventive maintenance, and customer-facing support as the role scales. You will perform IQ/OQ validations, assist with ECOs, and travel to customer sites within the U.S. (10–25%).
