Your Role

As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for shaping steel sheets according to technical specifications for the manufacturing of steel doors and frames. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Set up and program press brake equipment according to work orders and specifications
  • Install, adjust, and change tools based on bending requirements
  • Perform bending operations while following precise instructions and safety standards
  • Ensure dimensions and bending angles meet production requirements
  • Inspect bent parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical drawings
  • Perform regular inspections and basic preventive maintenance on press brakes
  • Use precision measuring tools such as calipers
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time during the workday
  • Ability to regularly lift, handle, and move loads of 50 lbs or more
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
  • Physical stamina to safely operate machinery and handle materials
Working Conditions
  • Position: Permanent, full-time
  • Schedule: Day shift
  • Hours: 40 hours/week, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (possibility of overtime)
  • Salary: From $23.00/hour up to $25.00/hour

You Are the Person We Are Looking For If You Have:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar manufacturing role
  • Hands‑on experience with press brakes
  • Strong knowledge of metal materials, particularly steel, and bending techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Experience using hand and precision tools
  • Reliability, versatility, and a strong work ethic
