Manufacturing Operator

Summary/Purpose of Position

Perform duties associated with product manufacturing processes (clean room and finished goods manufacturing).

• Operate fillers, cappers, sealers, and test equipment used in the Arista cleanroom.
• Operate label maker machine(s).
• Assemble, inspect, and package devices per relevant operating procedures.
• Perform visual inspections on materials and products.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory/procedural requirements at all times.
• Complete all relevant Device History Records (DHR) as required, complying with Quality System requirements.
• Vacuum, clean and sanitize rooms/manufacturing areas and equipment as required.
• Train others on work instructions when required.
• Perform duties in controlled environments as required.
• Maintain good attendance and on-time record as outlined in the Attendance Guidelines.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to read, write, interpret, comprehend, and consistently follow specifications written in English.
• Computer literacy / basic ability to use Microsoft Office.
• High School diploma or GED.
• 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations.
• Experience in medical devices or other regulated industry a plus.

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to wear a respirator if required.
• Must be able to sit, stand, move, twist and bend to operate, move and clean equipment and clean room(s).
