* Track change requests, deviations, and waivers through review and approval cycles.
* Coordinate the processing, review, and documentation of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Requests for Deviation (RFD), and Requests for Waiver (RFW).
* Support Change Control Boards (CCBs) and Failure Review Boards (FRBs).
* Conduct audits, inspections, and assessments of configuration items (CIs), ensuring compliance with contractual, governmental, and industry regulations (emphasizing MIL-HDBK-61 and other defense-specific standards).
* Own Arena, Solid Works, and Git execution as appropriate for this role. Who you are:
* Minimum 5 years of directly applicable experience in CM and QA and supporting government programs related to software and hardware
* Expert-level experience with Arena PLM and Solid Works PDM; experience with additional PLM/PDM tools is a plus
