Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Operator to support the packaging of plant-based hemostatic powder medical products in a regulated manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for inspecting, labeling, packaging, and documenting finished products while ensuring compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial medical products.
• Package finished products according to established procedures and quality specifications.
• Inspect packaging materials and in-process products to identify and remove defective items.
• Complete manufacturing documentation accurately, including device history records, inventory counts, and batch records.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations required for production documentation.
• Assist with inventory counting and material reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean and organized packaging work area and processing equipment.
• Participate in daily safety meetings, observations, and safety audits.
• Follow all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and contamination control (gowning) requirements.
• Handle hazardous waste in accordance with company procedures.
• Operate in compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards.

Work Environment:
Manufacturing environment packaging plant-based hemostatic powder medical products. Uses a 70/30 alcohol cleaning solution; appropriate PPE and safety procedures are required due to flammability. Routine cleaning of packaging stations and equipment is required.apolis
