Qualifications for RN or LPN Unit Manager- Current unencumbered State of Massachusetts LPN or RN license
- Knowledge of State and Federal long-term care guidelines is preferred
- Strong communication skills to communicate with Residents, Families and Staff
- Critical thinking skills
- The ability to handle difficult situations with tact
- Work closely with our Medical Director
- Supervision an interdisciplinary team of nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation therapist, and social workers to provide quality healthcare to our residents
- The delivery of care in accordance with Facility protocol and safe nursing practices
