This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Woburn, MA. The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care to clients, including administering treatments, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The role also includes conducting patient assessments, managing care plans, educating patients and their families on health maintenance, and ensuring compliance with care standards and protocols.

This position requires close communication with physicians, staff, and caregivers to ensure quality home care services.

• Strong clinical skills in administering treatments, wound care, and monitoring patient progress
• Experience in creating and managing patient care plans and conducting assessments
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educate patients
• Knowledge of home health care protocols, compliance, and patient safety measures
• Ability to work effectively in on-site environments and adapt to diverse patient needs
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Previous home health care or in-patient nursing experience preferred
