Infusion Registered Nurse; Part‑Time

About This Role

The Home Infusion Registered Nurse provides clinical care and education to patients receiving parenteral medications, primarily in home settings. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about patient care.

• Pay: $28.27 - $50.48 per hour
• Location: Woburn, MA
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for external candidates
• Schedule: Part-Time (20-30 hours per week)

• Establish and maintain positive clinical rapport with patients and families.
• Assess patient appropriateness for infusion therapy and home environment safety.
• Obtain and document patient's medical history at the start of care and ongoing.
• Complete all required clinical documentation thoroughly and timely.
• Participate in case conferences to plan patient care with the multi-disciplinary team.
• Provide skilled care to patients of varying ages and medical conditions.
• Establish and maintain vascular access devices as prescribed.
• Administer medications as prescribed and perform therapy-specific clinical assessments.
• Communicate observations of patient response to therapy with care team members.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of infusion therapies administered.

• Education: Active and unrestricted licensure as a Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN)
• Experience: 1+ years of experience working as an RN in a clinical care setting related to infusion therapy
