Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Unit Manager RN or LPN to join our team. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and leading a team of nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation therapists, and social workers.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with our Medical Director
- Supervise an interdisciplinary team to provide quality healthcare to our residents
- Deliver care in accordance with Facility protocol and safe nursing practices
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Current unencumbered State of Massachusetts LPN or RN license
- Knowledge of State and Federal long-term care guidelines preferred
- Strong communication skills to communicate with Residents, Families, and Staff
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact
