• The Manufacturing Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring the quality of all products and processes in our elastomer fabrication factory.
• This includes managing non-conforming materials, handling customer complaints and conducting inspections.
• Customer Complaint Handling
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues. Investigate complaints, identify root causes, and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Non-Conforming Material Handling:
• Identify and segregate non-conforming materials.
• Work with the production team to prevent recurrence and coordinate with suppliers for return or replacement as necessary.
• Inspections:
  Conduct regular inspections of the manufacturing process, from incoming raw material to finished product.
• Use inspection tools and follow quality standards to ensure compliance.
• Proven experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry, preferably in elastomer fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with various departments.
• Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
