STR is seeking a Principal Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to develop and implement QA plans and infrastructure across STR's R&D programs, from prototype to low-rate and full-rate production.
The ideal candidate has deep QA knowledge, 10 years’ directly applicable experience in electronics/hardware, strong teamwork, and eligibility to obtain a DoD security clearance.
This is a part-time, on-call role (16 hrs/week on average). Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.
