Product Operations, Marketing Fulfillment Specialist

Part-Time | 15–20 Hours/Week | $15-20/Hour

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Operations & Fulfillment Specialist to support day-to-day product operations, order fulfillment, and quality control for our customized consumer products.

This role is hands-on and works closely with our production and operations team to ensure each customized order is properly finished, inspected, packaged, and shipped to customers on time. The ideal candidate is organized, careful with details, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where every order may be slightly different.

• Manage daily order packing, labeling, and shipment preparation
• Perform product finishing and post-processing before fulfillment
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and presentation
• Coordinate order status and fulfillment priorities with the production team
• Prepare shipping labels and organize outgoing packages
• Maintain packaging materials and basic inventory records
• Assist with product assembly and other operational tasks as needed
• Identify quality or fulfillment issues and communicate them to the team
• Help improve packing, quality control, and fulfillment workflows

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple orders efficiently
• Comfortable with hands-on product handling and repetitive operational tasks
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Mandarin Chinese preferred
• Previous experience in operations, fulfillment, e-commerce, logistics, production, or quality control is a plus
