Role Description

We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated Research Associate to join our team for a full-time, on-site role based in Woburn, MA. You will be part of a talented team responsible for conducting cutting-edge research to advance our therapeutic pipeline. This involves cell-based in vitro assays and in vivo studies to support the transition of therapeutic candidates through preclinical development to clinical trial.

We are seeking a candidate who combines intellectual curiosity with solid expertise in cell biology and biochemistry, and a genuine excitement for working collaboratively to tackle scientific challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • BSc level degree with hands‑on experience with cellular and molecular biology techniques, including cell culture, flow cytometry, and ELISA
  • In vivo experience is strongly preferred.
  • Support research strategy through building a strong working knowledge of target disease biology and by aligning experiments with project goals.
  • Independently evaluate and interpret experimental results, identify and resolve technical issues as they arise and propose creative solutions to advance project objectives.
  • Collaborative mindset and an ability to perform on cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and able to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting.
