Field Merchandiser

Join Spectrum Brands and help bring trusted brands like Spectracide, Cutter, Hot Shot, Repel, Black Flag, Garden Safe, Eco Logic, and Liquid Fence to life in some of the nation's largest retailers. As a District Merchandiser, you'll be the face of our brands in stores throughout your territory, building displays, supporting retail partners, engaging shoppers, and ensuring our products are presented for success every day.

Every day is different. You'll travel throughout your territory visiting major retailers such as The Home Depot and Lowe's, partnering with store teams to ensure Spectrum Brands products are fully stocked, displayed, and ready for customers. You'll work independently while making a direct impact on sales, customer experience, and brand visibility.

• Merchandise and maintain Spectrum Brands products in assigned retail locations
• Build displays, complete resets, install fixtures, and execute seasonal store sets
• Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and presented according to company standards
• Identify opportunities for additional display space and product visibility
• Educate store associates on Spectrum Brands products and promotions
• Engage with consumers and answer product questions to help drive sales
• Partner with store management and retail teams to support business goals
• Travel throughout your assigned territory, covering multiple stores each day
• Maintain accurate reporting, inventory information, and store feedback for the sales team
• Follow safe work practices and company policies at all times

• Salary Range: $44,000 - $52,000
• Company Vehicle/Mileage Reimbursement

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Retail, merchandising, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel as needed

• Ability to routinely stand, walk, bend, reach, and work in retail environments
• Ability to climb ladders and work at various shelf heights
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds
• Comfortable working in varying store and weather conditions while traveling between locations
