We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative specializing in fire suppression systems to support our team in Woburn, MA. In this role, you will generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and promote our life safety products and services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and visiting potential clients.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate sprinkler products or services.
  • Review CAD drawings, technical documents, and scopes of work to determine project requirements and pricing.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts; negotiate pricing and terms for profitable sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate installations, deliveries, and after-sales support.
  • Keep detailed records of your pipeline, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, NFPA codes, competitor activity, and new products.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s degree or sprinkler journeyman license preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in fire suppression, life safety, or related industries.
  • Strong working knowledge of NFPA 13 and 25.
  • Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and construction scopes of work.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
