Recruiting Manager | Business Development - IT

Sales-driven recruiting role focused on growing client relationships and delivering technology talent solutions across permanent and contract staffing engagements.

• Develop new IT and technology client relationships through targeted prospecting
• Build and manage a book of business across software, infrastructure, data, and engineering roles
• Partner with CIOs, IT Directors, and technical hiring managers
• Deliver permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire staffing solutions
• Advise clients on market trends, talent availability, and compensation
• Negotiate search terms and staffing strategies
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely candidate delivery
• Maintain consistent activity to drive revenue growth
