This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective students, provide information about program offerings, and support individuals in their decision‑making process to enroll. Responsibilities include identifying potential leads, building and maintaining relationships with interested candidates, managing the sales process, and achieving enrollment targets. The Sales Specialist will also regularly communicate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to empathetically and effectively engage with prospective students.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet or exceed enrollment targets.
- Experience in Training and guiding prospects through educational programs or services is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team.
- Proficiency in Portuguese is preferred due to the target audience for courses.
