Personal Lines High Net Worth Account Executive

The Person al Lines High Net Worth Account Executive will manage annual exposure reviews and provide professional stewardship to ensure clients are adequately protected. The role entails assessing client assets, recommending coverage, maintaining relationships and staying current on market changes.

• Develop client relationships to become a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
• Review client exposures, loss experience and current coverage and recommend appropriate products.
• Provide proactive client service by anticipating and evaluating client needs.
• Work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and resources.
• Manage the renewal process to maximize retention and identify cross‑sell opportunities.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with timely and accurate communication.
• Establish relationships with carriers, underwriters and marketing representatives.
• Resolve complex service or coverage issues with team members and producers.
• Maintain complete and accurate client and policy data in EPIC.
• Escalate internal and external service concerns as needed.

• 3–5 years personal lines insurance experience; preferably with HNW or private client clientele.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented, highly organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Customer service oriented with strong problem‑solving ability.

Pay Details: Base compensation range $80,000–$95,000.

Candidate should be comfortable with an on‑site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross‑functional partnership.
