What You’ll Do Service & Repairs
  • Diagnose and repair pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and plumbing
  • Troubleshoot system issues and identify root causes (not just symptoms)
  • Complete equipment installs and upgrades as needed
Preventative Maintenance
  • Perform routine service visits including water testing, chemical balancing, and system checks
  • Ensure proper system operation and efficiency
  • Identify and communicate potential issues before they become major problems
Customer Interaction

  • Provide a high level of professionalism on every job site
  • Represent the company with integrity and technical confidence
Operations & Safety
  • Maintain accurate service records and job notes
  • Follow safety standards and company procedures
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle
What We’re Looking For Experience
  • 2+ years of pool service, maintenance, or related mechanical experience
  • Strong understanding of pool systems and water chemistry
Technical Skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment independently
  • Comfortable working with plumbing, electrical components, and mechanical systems
  • Experience with automation systems is a plus
Certifications (Not Required)
  • CMS (Certified Maintenance Specialist)
  • CSST (Certified Service & Maintenance Technician)
  • CPO (Certified Pool Operator)
Other Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
What Sets You Apart
  • You don’t just "do the route"—you diagnose and solve problems
  • You take ownership of your work and hold a high standard
  • You’re comfortable working independently and managing your day
  • You want to grow your skillset and build a long-term career
What We Offer
  • 9 paid holidays
  • Paid vacation and sick time
  • Employer-matched 401(k)
  • Employer-paid life insurance
  • Optional supplemental life insurance
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans
