Position Overview
Easton Select Group is seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our growing service team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our customers pool and spa systems.
This is not an entry-level position
—we are looking for technicians who take pride in their work, understand the technical side of pool systems, and can operate independently in the field.
- Diagnose and repair pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and plumbing
- Troubleshoot system issues and identify root causes (not just symptoms)
- Complete equipment installs and upgrades as needed
- Perform routine service visits including water testing, chemical balancing, and system checks
- Ensure proper system operation and efficiency
- Identify and communicate potential issues before they become major problems
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding work performed and recommended repairs
- Provide a high level of professionalism on every job site
- Represent the company with integrity and technical confidence
- Maintain accurate service records and job notes
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle
- 2+ years of pool service, maintenance, or related mechanical experience
- Strong understanding of pool systems and water chemistry
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment independently
- Comfortable working with plumbing, electrical components, and mechanical systems
- Experience with automation systems is a plus
- CMS (Certified Maintenance Specialist)
- CSST (Certified Service & Maintenance Technician)
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
