What You'll DoThe Tent Field Supervisor is responsible for carrying out objectives set directly by the Director of Tent Operations, working with employees across the Tent Department to accomplish department goals. This position supervises operations related to the installation and removal of tent projects, is based primarily at the Company’s headquarters in Woburn, MA, and requires travel to various jobsites throughout New England.
TheDay-to-Day
- Supervise all crew members on jobsites.
- Maintain accurate paperwork pertaining to specific projects and update any changes occurring on the job.
- Review paperwork prior to departure from the warehouse and check load for accuracy.
- Ensure safe installation and removal of all PEAK equipment in a timely manner.
- Review all installations and removals with management and note any unusual occurrences on the project.
- Inspect all fabric and equipment for proper installation and removal; identify, record, and report any damage to PEAK equipment.
- Create a positive atmosphere.
- Help develop comprehensive plans of attack for specific projects.
- Hold crew members accountable for the proper care and use of all PEAK tools and equipment.
- Oversee proper usage of all PEAK vehicles and equipment; report damage and misuse to management in a timely manner.
- Must pass a drug test if operating any vehicle.
- Must have prior tent installation experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Must be able to work non‑traditional hours (early mornings, nights, long days).
- Must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday.
- Must be professional in appearance and behavior, with minimal visible body alterations.
- Must be able to motivate crew members and encourage teamwork.
- Construction background is a plus but not required.
