Commercial Service Managers lead and motivate the local Pest Technician Teams to deliver outstanding service with Terminix products to valued customers.

As a Service Manager, you will ensure your team is effective, efficient, and maintains high customer satisfaction.

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed successfully.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technician performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products.
• Facilitate continual training of local sales and service teams.

• Associate’s degree and a valid driver’s license are required. A four‑year degree is highly desirable.
• 1–2 years of related experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, presenting.
• Problem‑solving skills and practical solution development.
• Capacity to build rapport and establish trust with customers and employees.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on safety.
• Aptitude for basic/intermediate math needed for calculations related to sales and service.
• Comfortable working outside and in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
